The continued story

Its another normal morning . Jeremiah is working on his orange farm with the help of Anya and Sayako . Its been 5 years after The Zero Requiem .

"C.C! I've told to stay in the house ! " a loud voice can be heard from the direction of a teenage boy.

" Here they go again " Jeremiah sighing

" lovey dovey ..." said Anya while taking out her camera .

" They just can't stand being separated " said Sayako

" aah .." Jeremiah agreed

Jeremiah glance at his former emperor , Lelouch and empress who are now picking oranges or to be exact teasing each other and goofing off .Not like he was necessarily complaining , he preferred Lelouch to be happy and he could honestly see that the emerald beauty made him happy and vise versa .

He remembered the tears of sadness that rolled down the young empress's face who was obviously grieving for her dead King as he walked into the chapel with his dead emperor's body in his hand . He knew how his empress felt because he was grieving over him as well and it had been very hard for him and the people who knew the true meaning of the Zero Requiem to accept his plan to 'die' even though the latter seemed to have backfired on him .

He could still remember C.C calling out to him , saying that he was alive . He supposed that even Lelouch was surprised as well from the way he acted after .

He remembered Lelouch's request , asking if they could stay on his orange farm considering it was in a secluded place , a perfect spot for a dead man , and naturally , he agreed to it .

He would always serve Lelouch , much like Sayako swore the same oath . Even though Lelouch requested that he simply called him by his name and no longer serve him . He also requested that he would pull his own weight around by picking oranges or whatever tasks he ask of him on his plantation .

" Hey , you two ! Quit flirting and get back to work !"

He playfully called out , causing a slight blush to cross both their faces . While the old him may have been shocked to speak to a member of the royal family in such manner , no matter how playful it might have been , he considered both Lelouch and C.C to be his closest friends . He gained a lot of amusement from their relationship .

" Yes , sir ! "

Lelouch obediently replied , yet he had that playful tone in his voice , before turning his gaze back to his female companion .

" You heard him , witch . I need to go back to work . You better go back inside the house . "

" He was talking to both of us , idiot " She replied , glaring at him .

" I'm not letting you do any hard work while you are still carrying my child ! "

Jeremiah could agree more . C.C is pregnant and its almost the due date . Both he and Sayako prefer her to stay indoor if anything were to happen but this is C.C they are talking about . She could never sit in house quietly like the other ladies .

" ..............Lelouch ? " she called out to him . She was looking rather nervous than before .

" What now , witch ? " Lelouch look at her.

" I think .... my water just broke "

" I see . That's why I said to .....wait ... WHAT !? " Lelouch shouted .

" Do I need to repeat myself ? " she glare at him .

" Jeremiah go call Sayako quick ! "

Lelouch start to panic . It wasn't too long before he come back to his senses and decided to carry C.C to the house . Muttering something along the lines of " witch . This is why I told you to stay inside the house ". C.C just smile at him and reply " and miss the chance to see you in state of panic ? not a chance , warlock . "

Jeremiah nodded with a slightly amused expression on his face . After he called Sayoko , he glance over to see Anya with her camera .

" You were recording the whole thing weren't you , Anya ? "

The pink hair girl just nodded .
