Chapter 2 :

Its been two weeks since the new royal advisor was appointed. With green lime hair and a pair of golden eyes , she intoduced herself as C.C. Suzaku thought that she was nothing special , infact she might be a little worse than the previous one but the weird thing was Lelouch kept on holding to her as his royal adivisor.

" She's late ..." said Lelouch with annoyance

"It's nothing rare though" Suzaku commented

" I've told her to come early today!"

" Tell me Lelouch , did she ever listen to you ?"

" no .. She did directly the opposite of what I've told her"

" There's your answer "

" What am I going to do with her .." Lelouch sigh

" I think this is amusing " Suzaku stated

" Why is that?" asked Lelouch

" Normally , you would have fired ger but you didn't. So tell me Lelouch , why is that ?"

Suzaku was answered with silence. Suzaku was about to say something when the door suddenly open revealing a familiar lady with long green hair and a pair of golden eyes .

" You're late , C.C " said Lelouch

" am I ? perhaps I overslept" said C.C with a mocking tone

" I'm not buying that. You have been saying that ever since you first enetred the palace"

" perhaps you should learn getting used to it "

" Punctuallity is the first impression"

" Learning to adapt is the key of survival"

Suzaku gulped . He could see Lelouch face was filled wih anger . He knew very well that the king's patience is going off the limit soon.

" I have enough of your silly games. Can you even stay true to your words ? " Lelouch stated

" Why do you have to rush things , boy?"

Suzaku sweatdropped. No one has ever dared to call Lelouch no..the King as a boy. She might get her head chop off !

" That's enough ! I'm sick of this ! I'm not going to listen to any of your words . Leave "

Indeed Lelouch's patience meter has gone off the limit .

" as you wish "

Thats the only thing she uttered before leaving the throne room .

Suzaku decided to leave Lelouch alone to allow some space for him since he was in a very bad mood thanks to a certain green lime hair lady . Suzaku still didnt get it though. Why didn't Lelouch just fired her just then ? She was far more worse than the previous one. What makes him didn't want to let her go ? Suzaku made his way to the hallway when saw C.C staring outside the window.

" Regret ?" He asked

" Rather than regret , I'm anxious"

" You did that on purpose did you ? You shouldn't ! He might send you to a death sentence ! "

" He wouldn't"

"what makes you so sure ? "

" because that's the person he is "

" you talk like as if you knew him longer than me"

" One's act can determine his soul. Lelouch's soul is pure and that's why he'll be a great King"

Suzaku realized that maybe there was something about C.C that makes Lelouch still keeping her as his royal advisor. No one can understand lelouch fully . Not even him , eventhough he has known him since childhood. Maybe , just maybe , C.C might be able to .

" well , I guess I can trust Lelouch with you then huh ?"

" what are you ? the babysitter?" C.C teased him

" well I am his knight so practically , I am his babysitter"

C.C just smirk . Suddenly footsteps can be heard . The footsteps was filled with urgency and before long , a figure of the raven hair King appeared

" I've been looking for you " said Lelouch towards C.C

" and it was you who ask me to leave a few minutes ago" said C.C

" I knew I was kindda ahem.. moody back there so .. ahem ..my appology" said Lelocuh with ambarassement

Suzaku rolled his eyes . This was the first time he ever seen King Lelouch appologise to someone .

" what's wrong with your throat ? Its seems to be causing problems with your comunicaton skill" tease C.C

" is it accepted or not ? " asked Lelouch

" We have a contract that has been bind. It doesn't matter to me what you have done as long as it didn't ultered the contract " C.C stated

" selfish aren't you?" Lelouch chuckled

" look who's talking "

Suzaku was speachless . This is a new side of Lelouch he never seen before. Suzaku has come to a realization and he starts grinning like mad .

There's nothing special about women . All of them are the same . Suzaku remembered Lelouch's words

" nothing special eh ? We'll see .. Looks like I got something to look foward to ! "
